Discovery Call

Whether you're feeling curious, nervous, or simply unsure where to begin, this brief introductory call is designed to help us get to know one another. We'll discuss what brings you to coaching, your goals, and whether my coaching approach is the right fit for your needs. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions about the coaching process before making a commitment.
The $25 Discovery Call fee may be applied toward your first full coaching session. To maintain momentum, booking your session within 30 days is recommended. After your Discovery Call, you'll receive a coupon code valid for one use toward an eligible service.
Sensual Self-Discovery Coaching

This one-on-one coaching experience is designed to help you cultivate a healthier, more fulfilling relationship with your sexuality, body, and intimate life. Sessions are tailored to your unique goals and may explore topics such as desire, pleasure, body confidence, communication, intimacy, life transitions, sexual wellness, or reconnecting with yourself after illness, stress, or major life changes.
Together we'll identify your goals, explore the factors influencing your experiences, and develop practical, personalized strategies that support lasting growth. Each session offers a compassionate, judgement-free space where you can ask questions, gain evidence-informed education, and move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.
Couples Intimacy Coaching

Healthy Intimacy begins with open communication, mutual understanding, and a willingness to grow together. Couples Intimacy Coaching provides a supportive environment where both partners can openly discuss concerns, strengthen emotional and physical connection, and work toward shared relationship goals.
Sessions may focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, navigating differences in desire, increasing emotional closeness, enhancing sexual intimacy, or adapting to life changes that affect your relationship. Together we'll identify practical tools and personalized strategies that help you build a stronger, more connected partnership both inside and outside the bedroom.
Customized Sexual Wellness Workshops

Sexual wellness education can be engaging, empowering, and tailored to the needs of your group or organization. These educational sessions combine accurate, evidence-informed information with approachable discussion in a welcoming, judgement-free environment.
